 Due to the nature of the products we provide, we cannot be responsible
for irregularities in size, shape, and color of our products. Many of
our products can change color naturally with time due to the normal aging
process. Furthermore, because we use various quarries and other sources
for our products, there may be changes in size, shape, and color between
loads. This means that you may see variations over time in our stock.
Southwest Boulder & Stone cannot be held responsible or liable for
these inconsistencies and irregularities, as they are considered normal
in the landscaping industry. Many issues can be avoided if you look closely
at the stock in our yard prior to purchase. If you have any questions,
please feel free to talk to us about your concerns.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
- Southwest Boulder & Stone does not accept returns of the following
items: Bulk material (due to inability to determine contamination) Open
pallets Special Order materials
- All returns require: A 30% re-stocking
fee Delivery and pick-up charge if applicable Accompanied by a sales
invoice
- Additional Charges:
• If customer requests pick-up at
our convenience, pick-up charge is equal to the original delivery charge
• If
customer requests immediate pick-up or if jobsite is more than 60 miles
away, pick-up charge is a minimum 95.00/hour (portal to portal)
Any questions regarding acceptability of these products must be resolved
prior to installation, no adjustments will be made after installation.
Please contact our company management staff if you or your client have
questions or concerns about any aspect of the product before ANY INSTALLATION
takes place. The purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions herein
and acknowledges he/she has read and received a copy hereof.
Limited Liability
Southwest Boulder & Stone.com will not be liable for any direct,
indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages
of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract or negligence arising
in connection with the sale, use or repair of the products sold. Southwest
Boulder & Stone.com will not be liable for the use of information
on this website, including and not limited to, support, customer service
or any other services given by Southwest Boulder & Stone.com. These
limitations will apply notwithstanding to any failure of essential purpose
of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation
of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations
may not apply to you.
